Table to Table has rescued over 5 million pounds of food that
would have gone to waste.
- In FY2006, Table to Table rescued and distributed 764,948
pounds of food!
- This is equivalent to over 509,965 meals for an average of
over 1397 meals per day in our area (each 1.5 pounds of rescued
food is considered an equivalent meal).
- This is a savings of approximately $1,019,930 to the agencies we
serve (every equivalent meal is assigned a value of $2.00 per FEMA
standards)
