Why do volunteers work for Table to
Table?
We caught up with a couple volunteer teams this winter and asked
them.

"We do this because
we believe in Table to Table's mission. Not until we got out
into the community and started picking up and delivering food
did we realize how much need there is and how much that food
is appreciated and enjoyed." |

Chris: "I do it because it's
necessary. If no one brings the food, people who need it will go
hungry."

a nice change of pace." |

Table to Table
volunteers range from high school students to senior citizens.
Many of them have flexible hours-- when they can spare the time,
we put them to work.
They enjoy meeting other volunteers and the people who work at
the community organizations that receive the food.
